MURAL


"Last spring Ros and I had lots of fun as we painted this mural on one wall in our bedroom. I painted the walls with Winter Blue which she always uses at the top of her sky and we added the wainscoting (which I whitewashed with White Lightning) under the mural. Now we feel like we're on a deck overlooking the beach! I'm still in the process of making a new bedspread, but I do have the curtains made and hung. When all is finished, I'll be happy to give my friends/students a little tour."

Seminars are held at St. Joseph's Academy in Brentwood in a large classroom with great lighting and we use a video system with two TVs.

Tips for Success

I can't recommend Final Touch varnish more highly! I use it all the time - even for outside items and it doesn't yellow. When I'm occasionally inspired to really clean, I use it instead of wax on my painted pieces. It can be used over any other previous varnish, removes scratches and levels out the surface so things look like new. I love it on my floorcloths too.
