Long Island Directions: Take Northern State Parkway (toward the Huntington area)

Take exit for Route 231, Deer Park Avenue North (Exit #42)
Immediately get into left lane and stay left at the fork, heading north.
Take this several miles crossing Jericho Turnpike where it becomes Park Avenue, continue to Route 25A (east Main Street), turn right on Route 25A heading east. A gas station is on the right hand corner and a park is across the intersection.

Continue east about 2 miles to a small street called Bankside Drive. Along the way you will pass Fort Hill Nursery, then go down a hill and a little bit farther. On the corner of Bankside is a house with a pond in the front yard. (If you get to the Chalet Motor Inn on the left, you have passed Bankside. Turn around and go back 3 blocks) Turn south onto Bankside drive.

At the stop sign turn right onto Forest Drive. We are #37, second house on the right up a steep hill. Enter through the doorway in the garage.

From the Huntington Area

Take route 25A (Main Street) east. At the intersection with Park Avenue, (a gas station on the far right hand corner and a park across the street) watch your odometer and continue east for 2.0 miles to a small street called Bankside drive. Turn right onto Bankside, heading south. On the way to Bankside you will pass Fort Hill Nursery and then down a hill and a little further. On the corner of Bankside is a house with a pond in the front yard. If you get to the Chalet Motor Inn, you have passed Bankside. Turn around and go back three blocks to Bankside.

From Northport Area:

Take route 25A (main Street) west. Pass the Thatched Cottage on the right. At the next stop light (Post office and Chalet Motor Inn) continue on route 25A and make the third left onto Bankside Drive. (There is a house with a pond on the corner.) Go 3 blocks to the stop sign. Turn right off of Bankside onto Forest Drive. We are #37, second house on the right up a steep hill. Enter through doorway in the garage.

Once you arrive at the campus, follow our map. It's tricky but remember that you are heading to the parking lot in back of the major buildings.

From the West on Long Island Expressway:
Exit 53 - stay on long service road to Washington Avenue
Turn right on Washington Ave. for 2.1 miles. This becomes Brentwood Road.
Turn left into campus at stoplight at 5th Avenue (small sign on far left corner)

From the East on Long Island Expressway:
Exit 55 - stay on service road until 2nd light. Turn left onto Washington Ave. Follow directions above.

From East or West on Southern State Parkway:
Exit 42 North (Fifth Avenue, Brentwood)
Exit ramp to right to first light. Make a right onto Spur Drive North to Brentwood Road for 2 miles. Turn right into campus - small sign on near right corner.

From East or West on Sunrise Highway: Exit 44 North (Brentwood Road)
Travel 2.5 miles and turn right into campus - small sign on near right corner.

Accommodations for Out-of-Town Students

The best motel accommodations are probably at the Hampton Inn in Commack, NY. The wonderful Premier Diner is located directly in front of the motel. It is only a short drive (about 10 minutes) to the seminar location. Room prices vary but no motels in this area are inexpensive. The Hampton Inn is located at exit 52 on the Long Island Expressway at 680 Commack Road. Their website is: www.hamptoninn.com and their phone number is (631) 462-5700.
